Refund & Order Policy – Ruchsport Store
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to update or modify them at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, Ruchsport Store reserves the final decision.
2. Order Changes / Cancellations
After placing your order, you have 6 hours to request changes by contacting us at:

After this period, your order will enter production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Please note:
- Personalized designs cannot be changed after the order is placed
- Product quantity or type in discounted orders cannot be changed
- Color or size changes are only possible if they do not affect pricing
- For major changes, please cancel within 6 hours and place a new order
⚠️ A non-refundable payment processing fee applies to cancellations within 6 hours.
3. Refund Policy
Since all products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or reprints for orders marked as “delivered”.
If your item is defective or not as described, please contact us at:

We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Recipient unavailable
- Delivery refused by recipient
- Loss in unsafe locations (confirmed delivered by carrier)
- Dissatisfaction with size or color (please check size chart before ordering)
4. Full Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a full refund if:
- Your order is not delivered within 45 business days
(Claims after 60 days will not be accepted) - Issues such as:
- Blurry print
- Wrong product
- Damaged item
- Incorrect size or color
Required proof (via email):
- Photos of the defective item
- Photos showing incorrect size/design
- Photo of size label with measuring tape
- Photo of shipping label
📌 Claims must be submitted within 7 business days after delivery
5. No Return Required
As products are made-to-order, you are not required to return defective items.
If approved, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Additional notes:
- No refunds for sale or promotional items
- Return shipping (if required) is the customer’s responsibility
- Replacement delivery time = original shipping time
6. Liability Disclaimer
We reserve the right to request additional information regarding your order. Accounts may be suspended in case of false or incomplete information.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use or storage of our products.
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, risk transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient absence
- Refusal of delivery
