2. Order Changes or Cancellations:

After placing your order, you have 12 hours to contact us to request a free change or cancellation.

After 12–24 hours, your order will be in production. If you wish to cancel, a 30% cancellation fee of the total order amount will apply.

Furthermore, no refunds are available for cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order.
